Reservations are required for group exercise classes and lap swimming. Reservations are not required in the Wellness Center (ie. areas with cardiovascular and strength training equipment), Child Watch, and for recreational swimming. Social distancing guidelines will be observed in these areas and some equipment may not be available. Reservations can be made up to 72 hours in advance on the YMCA of Greater Houston App and online.
The YMCA of Greater Houston offers a variety of youth sports for all, helping to build confidence and positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork. Fall registration is currently open!
Classes in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop and line dance are offered to youth of all ages. Every participant is able to be the best they can be in a fun, encouraging environment. Students will learn the fundamentals of dance, how to control their body movements and have a great awareness of rhythms and music.

In observance of the holiday and to allow our staff time with their families, our facilities will follow adjusted hours on Monday, September 5. Centers will be open regular open time-6 pm. Alief, Houston Texans and MD Anderson YMCAs will be open 8 am-2 pm.
